My Story Con’t…
I was lacto-ovo vegetarian for 16 years until 2006 when I went vegan at the age of 40. This was a huge turning point in my life and it literally transformed me on every level – physically, emotionally, spiritually. Giving up dairy I felt so much better – my body felt clean, my mind felt clear, and i felt more comfortable with myself as I was now in alignment with my true nature and my core values – my deep love for animals and mother earth. Ever since finding out about the non-profit organization PETA – people for the ethical treatment of animals, I wanted to go vegan but my food addictions were so strong at that time. It was 1993 and my food addictions were strong. I wasn’t ready to give up dairy back then, but I did give up leather in my wardrobe and substituting hemp products instead. What an amazing plant hemp is!
Shortly after going vegan i started going raw. I was first introduced to raw vegan diet when i was 17 years old. i went to visit my sister who was living in Maui at the time. She had a raw vegan friend who invited us over for dinner one evening. fascinated and excited by this new way of preparing food. That experience planted a seed inside me, which lay dormant for a while but now it started to grow. I immersed myself in raw vegan food and spent hours in the kitchen preparing delicious gourmet meals. I even started a raw vegan pop-up restaurant from my home in London preparing 5-course raw vegan meals for friends and neighbors.
On May…..2011 I went completely raw, that is, I stopped eating cooked food. This was another huge turning point in my life. I knew I was about to go through an incredibly challenging time in my life and I needed to be as healthy as possible – physically, emotionally, spiritually. It was time for me to wake up, to realize truth and heal myself at the deepest levels and somehow I knew I had to go fully raw to do this. And I did it! I have been fully for ever since and I feel pretty great! The older I get, the younger I feel!
There was a time when I said that even if it was bad for my health I refuse to eat animals – it just felt wrong. But now I know, through direct experience, that being vegan is better for my health, better for the animals and better for the planet. It is truly a win-win-win!
There was a time in my life when i could not imagine living without pizza and ice-cream. I was so addicted to these foods in particular. But once i realized where the ingredients came from and the suffering of the animals, there is no joy in eating this food knowing how much the animals are suffering.
Now I eat raw vegan pizza and ice-cream and it is far more delicious, truly healthy – no one suffers – not the cows for their milk or flesh, not the pepole the eat it.
Everyday I feel such deep gratitude, so grateful for the path that I am on. I love my diet and lifestyle! The path to true health is paved in the most delicious food and lifestyle that is deeply nourishing cleansing and regenerating.
Nothing is more important than your health. And when you make health your priority, when you take full responsibility for your health, when you commit to healing – your body, your mind, your spirit – life takes on greater meaning and greater purpose.

I have never worked with a health coach. How does the process start?
First, we want to make sure this is a good fit. So the starting point is the free 15-minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity for you to share your health challenges and goals and find out how I can help you. If it feels right, then we can proceed by scheduling an Iridology session.
What is iridology?
Iridology is an invaluable health assessment tool that reveals the quality of the cells in your body. Under light and magnification the various colors, shapes, patterns and actual iris fibers are visible and they tell the story of your cellular health.
What happens after your health assessment?
After you have an iris reading the next step is to learn how to fix you health challenges. You have the option to sign up for a 3-month health coaching course or pay as you go health coaching sessions.
